Do I need to book an appointment?

Although preferred, an appointment is not necessary. However, if you wish to have a consultation and our stylist is with another customer, you may be required to wait until they are free.

How long does it take to have a garment tailor-made?

Accepted Answer

On average, our house range takes 1-2 months and the European range takes 2-4 months.

Question 3

Do I need to go to a Knightsman showroom to be measured?

Accepted Answer

When possible, measurements should always be taken by a Knightsman employee. If third-party measurements are required and the garment requires subsequent alterations, a further charge will occur.

Delivery time

On checkout, you will be provided an estimated delivery time. We will do everything we can to make sure you receive your products on or before the estimated delivery time. However, sometimes delivery might take longer than anticipated.

Shipping cost

On checkout, we will calculate your shipping fee (which will depend on where your delivery address is). We always try to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

At checkout, you will be asked for your delivery address. Please make sure the delivery address you specify is correct.

Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date if they are unworn, unwashed and with the original packaging. Bespoke, M2M, tailor-made and altered garments are not eligible for return, exchanges or store credit.

Exchanges

Accepted Answer

All ready-to-wear garments and accessories can be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date if they are unworn, unwashed and with the original packaging.

Price matching and sale items

Accepted Answer

Where an item's price changes or goes on sale after purchase, Knightsman do not offer a credit or refund the price difference.

Returns and exchanges of bespoke garments

Accepted Answer

Bespoke, M2M, tailor-made and altered garments are not eligible for a return, exchanges or store credit.
